Your privacy matters to us. This page explains how AuditIt collects, uses, stores, and protects your information.
Last Updated: 21 May 2026
AuditIt, a product of NituLabs, provides financial operations, transaction tracking, portfolio oversight, and audit support tools for organizations, managed communities, agencies, and administrators. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we may share it, and the steps we take to protect it when you use the AuditIt mobile application, website, and related services.
On supported mobile devices, AuditIt may request access to your camera or photo library so you can capture or attach receipts, bills, and supporting documents. AuditIt may also access locally stored session or organization context needed to keep you signed in and to route data to the correct organization or portfolio. We only use such access for product functionality, security, and service continuity.
We do not sell or rent your personal, organizational, or financial data. We may share information with trusted hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communication, storage, or support service providers who help us operate AuditIt. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
AuditIt may process sensitive operational, transactional, administrative, or financial records in order to provide summaries, reporting, record review, approval workflows, audit visibility, and management oversight features. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to submit or manage such data through the platform.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect your information, including authentication, access controls, logging, monitoring, and controlled infrastructure practices. However, no method of storage, software operation, or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account continuity, preserve audit records, support security investigations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. Some requests may be limited where we must retain records for legal, security, operational, audit, or contractual reasons.
AuditIt may rely on third-party services or integrations for infrastructure, notifications, file handling, analytics, crash diagnostics, authentication support, or communication workflows. Those providers may process limited information on our behalf subject to their own terms and applicable contractual or legal obligations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, security practices, or operational updates. When changes are posted, the revised version will become effective from the updated date shown on this page. Continued use of AuditIt after the updated policy is published indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
