Welcome to AuditIt, a software product owned and operated by NituLabs. By accessing or using AuditIt, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
AuditIt is a software platform designed to help organizations, agencies, portfolios, and managed communities monitor operational and financial activity, identify discrepancies, and review system or reporting insights.
You must have the legal authority to act on behalf of yourself, your organization, or the entity whose data is being processed. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and lawful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
You retain responsibility for the data you upload, connect, or authorize AuditIt to process. You represent that you have the right to provide such data and to instruct us to use it for the purpose of delivering the service.
You agree not to misuse AuditIt, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer the service, or use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AuditIt may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
AuditIt may provide alerts, summaries, reports, or recommendations based on system logic, connected data, or user configuration. These outputs are intended to assist decision-making and should be reviewed independently before acting on them.
AuditIt, including its software, branding, interface, documentation, and related materials, is the property of NituLabs unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute the platform except as permitted by law or written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NituLabs and AuditIt are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or operational decisions made using platform outputs.
We may suspend or terminate access to AuditIt if these Terms are violated, if continued access presents security or legal risk, or if the service is discontinued.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise required by an applicable written agreement.
