Users can request deletion of their IntiBites account and associated
personal data by following the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to
intibites@nitulabs.com from your registered
email address or phone number.

Use the subject line:
"IntiBites Account Deletion Request"

Include your registered mobile number or email ID in the message.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- User account information (name, phone number, email)
- Saved delivery addresses
- Order history linked to the account
- App usage data linked to the account
Data Retention
Certain information may be retained as required by applicable laws:

Transaction records and invoices may be retained for up to
7 years to comply with tax and legal regulations.

Retained data will not be used for marketing,
advertising, or profiling purposes.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within
7 working days from the date of request.
