Welcome to IntiBites, a mobile application owned and operated by NituLabs. By using this app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
IntiBites is a platform that connects users with independent home chefs and food vendors. IntiBites does not prepare, cook, package, or deliver food directly.
You must be at least 18 years old to place orders on IntiBites. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
All orders placed through IntiBites are Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Online payments are not supported. Full payment must be made at the time of delivery.
Food is prepared by independent vendors. IntiBites does not guarantee food quality, taste, quantity, or suitability.
Delivery is handled entirely by vendors. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Live order tracking is not available.
Orders once confirmed may not be cancellable. Refunds, if any, are subject to the vendor’s policy.
Users must not misuse the app, place fake orders, or behave inappropriately with vendors or delivery personnel.
IntiBites and NituLabs are not responsible for food quality issues, health reactions, delivery delays, or vendor disputes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
